Sorry to post this here, but I can’t find customer support on Lulu.com. I purchased “Extended Reach” for my new Lulu book, but I meant to purchase “Global Reach.” How can I upgrade my project to Global Reach? I have a brick and mortar store owner asking me how he can stock the book, and of course I want to help him do that.

I think that Bob had better change his title of “Self is to Publishing What Jon is to Kate” in light of the couple’s recent conflicts & ill-will.

How about “Self is to Publishing What Burns is to Allen” instead? But then, one’s got to figure-out who the straight man is.
