Offer ends 12/30? Awesome!
You mean the offer ends today 11/30/09? You use the date 12/30/09 as the end date in the offer above.
I have a book made with the old photo wizard. Why can’t I get either a book discount or a photobook discount? Doesn’t seem very fair that I’m ineligible for any type of discount now, does it?
I have recently published a paperback book with lulu (Letters of a Discarded Lover). Why am I not listed for purchase at discount for cyber Monday?
Nice enough I guess, but how about some customer support?
Dozens of unanswered support tickets, no phone number, not even an answer via Twitter.
Not much point in trying to attract new customers if you can’t support the ones you have.
USA is -7hrs GMT … that’s a bit of a big time bummer to do all the work and realize the coupon expired 10 hours ago … just after lunch our time.
I reallyl feel let down by lulu, I spent much of the day prepping photos for creating a calendar so I could take advantage of the Cyber Monday sale. However, when I went to upload the photos I encountered endless stalls, several complete crashes requiring me to completely back out and reenter the site. It took over two hours to upload 13 photographs and now I’ve missed the deadline.
Yes, I worked hard all day to get my calendar under the deadline, only to find the sale was for “Cyber Monday, GREENWICH MEAN TIME.” Are you kidding me?
So incredibly lame for a U.S. company to use GMT for their “sale.” Seems very calculated.
On the positive side, the previously nightmarish calendar studio is improved this year.
I experienced the same junk. Spent hours finishing my calendar to get for friends and family for Christmas on the discount and the stall to publish lasted all. night. long. I finally chucked it. A conspiracy, I say!
Anyway, doesn’t GMT have to do with Mountain time? As in, that belt of the US that has the Rockies? Just a guess.
I was wondering how long it takes to get Drew Litton’s calender???I sent for 2 and the money and haven’t heard anything about them. Thanks very much,a 9 news fan,
